Responsibilities:1. Market Analysis• Conduct PESTEL analysis of the local market, covering political, economic, social, and technological factors.• Collect and evaluate data on the automotive industry, including market size, competitive landscape, consumer demand, and emerging trends.• Prepare regular market research reports to support company strategy and decision-making.2. Product Planning• Develop a 3-year product planning roadmap for local, aligned with CHANGAN’s global product strategy, based on market demand, competition, and user insights.3.

Product Certification & Compliance• Research and monitor automotive-related laws, regulations, and policies in local; develop response strategies to ensure compliance.• Manage and follow up on product certification processes, including MCMC certification and VTA type approval, to ensure timely approvals and implementation.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Background in automotive manufacturing and marketing is preferred.• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience; prior involvement in product planning for the local market is an advantage.• Proficient in market analysis, product planning, and business reporting.• Skilled in office software; familiarity with Tableau or similar analytical tools is a plus.• Understanding of automotive regulations, certification processes, and compliance requirements is preferred.• Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
