ResponsibilitiesTo be a member of Card Product SectionTo lead the Card Products team achieve business resultsTo formulate business strategies, prepare marketing plans, product and services digitalization and implement the product changesTo implement effective marketing strategies and card feature to stimulate new cards volume and usage to achieve the targetTo liaise with various external partners to provide special privileges and value-added services to customersTo handle ad hoc tasks and special assignmentsRequirementsUniversity graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplinesA minimum of 8 years’ experience in product development, digital transformation and process flow enhancement, preferably in credit card or consumer card/loan businessCreative and business oriented with excellent strategical mindsetStrong leadership, project management and financial analytical skills;Independent, highly organized, self-initiated.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated in accordance with the Bank's Personal Data Policy, which is available upon request.
