Job Description: We are seeking a Product Management Analyst with a passion for digital healthcare to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in product management and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. You will play a key role in driving product development, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:Product Requirements: Gather and document product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.Testing & UAT: Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for product releases, ensuring that all features meet quality standards before launch.Agile Methodology: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile practices to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and users to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the product lifecycle.Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics post-launch and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital healthcare to suggest improvements and innovations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital healthcare sector.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
