Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist at Spark Beton MMC in Baku. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize procurement processes.
