How You Can Make An Impact

  • Manage all the direct and indirect spare part procurement in close collaboration with our Finnish customer as well as our headquarters in Switzerland.
  • Provide and develop material demand estimates.
  • Plan and assure availability of spare parts (purchasing, materials disposition, transport and logistics, customs)
  • Manage and evaluate suppliers
  • Develop sourcing strategies in close collaboration with Procurement Manager
  • Management of incoming goods
  • Ensure a top quality standard for the work sites regarding logistics
  • Managing and supervise inventory
  • Observe obsolescence issues and develop strategies to mitigate the impact of obsolete part in close collaboration with Procurement Manager
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain the goods in the storage
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely
  • Your position will be located in the Helsinki area (Ilmala Workshop)

How You Will Contribute

  • Technical and/or logistics degree. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Independent and structured working methods and at the same time a team player with high quality standard
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to create routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Fluent English (full working proficiency) and Finnish considered as advantage.
