Private Equity Intern Part-time Job

Role Description: As a Private Equity Intern, you will support our small, agile team in various facets of our operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity processes including company sourcing, detailed due diligence, investment analysis, and post-acquisition management. You will assist in preparing materials for investment committees and may be involved in supporting operational improvements within our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.

Support due diligence processes to ensure thorough and accurate analysis of investment prospects.

Help prepare presentations and reports for the investment committee.

Contribute to the operational support of companies within our portfolio as needed.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Business, or a related field.

A foundational understanding of finance and financial analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professional relationships.

High motivation and strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
