The Principal role is for a native English speaker with responsibility for leading and managing the campus at Island West. The primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the campus whilst overseeing all aspects of teaching, learning, and school operations. The Principal will drive the ongoing development of a world-class Early Years programme by fostering an educational environment conducive to learning through play-based methods, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Reggio Emilia Approach.
This role requires a data-driven leader who can balance adult-directed and child-initiated learning whilst building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
