Piping and Machinery Project Leader Super Yachts
Location: Gdansk, Poland

Your responsibilities:
building and controlling the design team and the work entrusted to the team, in particular, the design of ship-wide piping, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems on yachts
directing/planning the work assigned to the team and subcontractors
overseeing the quality and timeliness of executed documentation
overseeing the proper preparation of technical documentation based on relevant norms, regulations, standards, and conventions for a given project
Close cooperation with other design and production departments
creating and verifying technical descriptions in Polish and English
conducting discussions with suppliers and subcontractors in Polish and English
solving design problems in the office and production
cooperation with Classification Societies and Customers' Representatives in the design scope of the controlled department
Our requirements:
you are ready to come to Poland permanently
min. 7 years of experience in the design industry (marine)
operation of CAD/CAM software
knowledge of English (min B1 level)
ability to solve interpersonal conflicts
Excellent organization of his/her own and subordinate team's work
Nice to have:
experience in 3D coordination
