Photography Producer – Hong KongWe’re looking for a talented Photography Producer to join our onsite team in Hong Kong, supporting one of our major global clients across several busy studio locations. If you love working in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoy managing a high volume of varied photography and video projects, this role offers the perfect combination of challenge, creativity, and growth.In this position, you’ll oversee a wide range of visual production needs—from product shoots and editorial content to event coverage and more complex video assignments across the APAC region. You’ll work closely with production teams, post-production specialists, freelancers, and stakeholders to ensure that every asset is delivered to an exceptional standard.Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

You’ll be working with talented teams both locally and globally, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.This is a full-time, onsite role across our client’s Hong Kong studio facilities.What You’ll Be DoingActing as the main contact for photography and videography needs across APACManaging production workflows to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budgetBuilding strong working relationships with creative, operational, and senior stakeholdersWorking with production and studio leads to maintain and improve workflow efficienciesCoordinating freelance photographers and videographers across Hong Kong and wider APAC marketsIdentifying and onboarding new freelance talent across multiple countriesEnsuring all shoots and retouching processes follow established guidelinesSupporting new initiatives relating to brand standards, photographic processes, and studio operationsCollaborating with teams in other global regions to share insights and ensure alignmentWhat You’ll BringAt least 5 years’ experience in photography and/or video production managementExperience managing or supporting a busy studio or production teamA strong visual eye and understanding of what elevates imageryExcellent time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projectsConfidence working independently and making informed decisionsOutstanding organisational, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong understanding of photography and video post-production workflows and digital file specificationsAbility to spot inefficiencies and propose solutionsEnergy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for visual contentExperience working in global teams (preferred)Proficiency with DAM systems, workflow tools, and platforms such as Monday.comHigh competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeCreative problem-solving skills and a willingness to think beyond conventional approachesFluency in Cantonese and English, with conversational Mandarin a plusFlexibility to join occasional calls with senior team members based in New York and LondonAvailability to work onsite at the client’s Hong Kong studios five days a week
