Based in Doha, Qatar, this is a contract position with strong potential to evolve into a long-term engagement for the ideal candidate.The successful candidate will serve as the CEO's right hand-managing schedules, coordinating international engagements, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage and optimise the CEO's complex calendar, including international travel, meetings, and high-level engagements.Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all commitments.Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate confidential correspondence and maintain utmost discretion at all times.Logistics & Travel ManagementArrange international and domestic travel: flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation.Ensure seamless door-to-door travel experiences, managing last-minute changes with composure.Organise logistics for business trips, conferences, client visits, and events.Operational & Administrative SupportHandle daily administrative tasks including documentation, expense reporting, and record management.Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and VIP stakeholders across global markets.Support strategic projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items on behalf of the CEO.Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper.Personal SupportAssist with ad-hoc personal tasks, lifestyle management, and private arrangements when required.Coordinate personal appointments, events, and household or family-related logistics as needed.Required Qualifications & SkillsFluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
