The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidential documents.

The role involves clerical tasks, handling communications, and assisting with executive-level administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication skills for interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Diary Management, including scheduling and organizing appointmentsStrong Clerical Skills, such as document handling, filing, and organizationExcellent time management and prioritization abilitiesAbility to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential informationProficiency in using office software toolsPrior experience in a support role is a plus
