Job DescriptionJob Description:Administer day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and other administrative tasksManage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)Execute processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in placeEnsure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholdersPrepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirementsStay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations and service deliveryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Passionate about people, services and cultureHave a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organizational skillsFast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-taskerProficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc)
