Your contribution will be

Supporting efficient people services for Austria-based international employees

Supporting the administration of Austrian benefits, grants/subsidies, work permits, etc.

Assisting colleagues across the organisation by consulting on requests and handling essential operational and administrative tasks.

Contributing to the payroll administration, maintaining and monitoring colleagues’ data in the relevant tools, and providing statistics

Supporting the development of consistent, high-quality service standards and efficient processes also on a global level, including guideline review and updates

Monitoring HR trends and regulations, sharing insights globally

Contributing to internal and cross-departmental projects

Your profile ideally illustrates

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

Experience in people operations or human resources administration

Experience using an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain and monitor HR processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance

Basic knowledge of Austrian labour law and payroll accounting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills

The yearly gross salary range for this position is 36,500 EUR – 40,500 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
