Join us and be part of building something exceptional.ABOUT THE ROLEJob Summary:The People Insights Analyst team will work collaboratively with People Partners and other key stakeholders to leverage data and streamline processes in support of the broader People Function.
Combining robust analytics with efficient presentation and interpretation of data in line with our standard processes and playbooks, helping to improve overall our HR operational efficiency to a level of excellence. The role reports to the People Analytics Manager. What you will doIn line with the business cadence, collect, analyze and interpret HR talent data from various sources, maximizing the capability of our digital systems Develop and maintain talent and leadership information to provide quality and presentable playbook data to our partnering teams including succession plan statistics, trends and data and talent card informationCo-ordinate with stakeholders across our matrix organization to ensure alignment and accuracy on data inputsIdentify trends and statistics to provide actionable insights to the business, including recommendations for development and spotlight programsIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and data across our SME activitySupport the Performance Management cycle through provision of data representative of organization and functional structures in preparation for calibration sessions and provide distribution statisticsDevelop and maintain Belonging dashboard information in line with strategy and reporting requirementsDevelop and maintain recognition data in line with agreed platformSupport Strategic Workforce Planning and capability processesWhat you will need:Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, data science, economics, psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.3+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related HR data functions in large, complex organizations.Expertise in data visualization (e.g., Power BI,) statistical tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).Deep understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.What do we offer:Private healthcare and group life insurance Annual bonusmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards Internet and electricity allowance for remote work Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls-Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program Additional vacation days based on length of service with the employerHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AMWork in a modern office located in the Krakow center – the Unity Tower (ul.
