Join us and be part of building something exceptional.ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Head of People Analytics, the People Analytics manager will ensure our data governance and management of data is successfully in place for the Function and wider business. Working to ensure we optimize our technology and that this technology including AI enables the wider teams to proactively generate insights.

Then their team will work closely with the Insights team to ensure we are maximizing the use of the available data. Ensuring the through combining robust analytics with efficient presentation and interpretation of data in line with our standard processes and playbooks, helping to improve overall our HR operational efficiency to a level of excellence.What you will do:Lead on the creation of dashboards and data capture to enable tracking of key metrics and data points.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and platformsWorking closely across the People Insights team to ensure data accuracy and maintenance is in placeIdentify trends and statistics to provide actionable insights to the business, including recommendations for development and spotlight programsLead the quick response to data report requests from the People Partners or People Leaders within the business.Lead on and ensure opportunities to improve and streamline processes and data across our SME activity are followed through and implementedLead a team of data and behavioral specialists to proactively develop insights that can be acted uponServes as a thought leader in advancing data literacy across the HR functionMaintains a robust Master data management framework and governanceEnsures compliant use of employee data with respect to privacy regulations and company policiesProblem solving:Ability to take a specific problem or idea and develop a compelling analysis and provision of data to support actions being taken.Ability to work with Stakeholders on a topic and develop outcomes from an initial concept.What you will need:Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, data science, economics, psychology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related HR data functions in large, complex organizations.Proven track record of building and leading high-impact analytics teams and driving strategic business outcomes, across a large Global company.Expertise in data visualization (e.g., Power BI,) statistical tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).Deep understanding of HR functional areas, people related data and business strategy alignment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.What do we offer:Private healthcare and group life insurance Annual bonusmyBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards Internet and electricity allowance for remote work Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls-Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program Additional vacation days based on length of service with the employerHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home)Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AMWork in a modern office located in the Krakow center – the Unity Tower (ul.
