We are looking to hire an experienced OT who practices from an SI framework to join our private practice in the Cayman Islands! Start-date flexible between March to August 2026. 3 year commitment required.

We are a tax-free jurisdiction, which means no tax on salary.

We are a pediatric therapy clinic based in the Cayman Islands offering speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and infant development programs. We offer 5000 sqft of specialized therapeutic space, inclusive of 11 therapy spaces to meet regulation, sensory, motor, and speech and language needs. All therapy is provided by advanced-practice specialty clinicians to ensure support is child-led, scientifically-driven, and play-based.
We provide therapy services and parent education for families with infants, toddlers, children and teens. Our occupational therapist's specialty areas include sensory processing and sensory integration; early intervention for birth to 3; feeding for picky eaters; handwriting; and trauma-informed care. Our speech-language therapists have advanced training or certification in Hanen® programs to support parents in early language development; Lindamood-Bell® literacy programs; Social Thinking®; and sensory processing to support regulation needs.
