About The RoleOur client a leading healthcare facility in Cayman, is now seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their clinic. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and compassionate experience for every patient from their first visit through to follow-up care.You’ll manage reception and patient communications, coordinate appointments and procedures, maintain accurate records, and support the daily flow of clinic operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and remains calm under pressure.Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients, providing warm, efficient service.

Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. Coordinate provider and surgical schedules. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Assist with invoicing, reports, and supply tracking. Support process improvements and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards. Communicate effectively across clinical and administrative teams.Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare, medical, or veterinary office environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in record management and scheduling systems (EHR/PM/CRM).

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.Preferred Background in hospitality or patient-facing customer service.
