What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Cleaning Technician at Sozoroad, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of the interior spaces within our clientele's properties. Working closely with our Landscape Technicians, you’ll ensure both the interior and exterior environments of our properties meet the highest standards. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming, well-maintained atmosphere that reflects Sozoroad’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
  
• Maintain and sanitize high-touch areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces to ensure hygienic and safe environments.
  
• Execute deep cleaning tasks as required, including detailed dusting, upholstery cleaning, and appliance sanitation.
  
• Organize cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and stored properly.
  
• Coordinate with the landscaper and other maintenance personnel to ensure a seamless and cohesive upkeep of both the interior and exterior spaces.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality results in line with Sozoroad’s standards.
  
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
  
• Stay updated on cleaning products and methods to ensure the use of eco-friendly, effective cleaning techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations during all cleaning processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional residential or commercial cleaning services is not required, but preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning best practices, tools, and eco-friendly products.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., furniture) when necessary.
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, coordinating with other maintenance staff.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work on-site at various properties around Trinidad and Tobago.
