We are seeking a Paralegal to join our dynamic team, working alongside leading lawyers to support a varied and interesting range of corporate and finance transactions.

The role involves supporting the fee earners in the team through a variety of tasks including the following:

File opening and AML/KYC procedures.

Drafting standard documents.

Document management including filing and indexing.

Preparing bibles and transaction closings.

Conducting legal research.

Companies Registry filings.

Preparing simple first drafts of minutes and resolutions.

Liaising with clients and intermediaries on routine matters.

General administrative duties.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be highly organised, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills are also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also have:

Previous paralegal experience (desirable).

Excellent IT skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong academic background, ideally holding a law degree (desirable but not essential).
