Operations Manager OTOTO Vienna Full-time Job

The scope of the role is to support people make every day healthier, sustainable & mindful choices, to “proudly present OTOTO beautiful, independent brands” by ensuring the everyday operations support the the promised brand offering & experience and by striving to turn everyone who enters the store into a happy, returning customer and ambassador for OTOTO.

That translates into detailed responsibilities (what)

Act as lead for any overall topline stores procedures or developments

Ensure good understanding and compliance with all regulations

Act as main contact for authorities properties administrators

Lead the process for obtaining any authorisation documentation

Evaluate & manage recurring issues in stores

Oversees system processes to step in for efficiencies or troubleshooting

Ensure necessary third parties are contracted and managed for all services in store

Organize regular equipment maintenance and store inspections

Responsible for damage control: floods, leaks, chairs, fridges

Stand in 2nd as point of contact for structural issues, after-hours acess etc.

Administratives of HR processes

Implement eco-conscious practices (recycling, compost, and general waste)

Lead by example & walk the talk promoting OTOTO's core values

Work closely with management team to support & develop the overall plans and provide insights, input & feedback from customers, team, being in the store daily (and at least one weekend per month)
