Schedule: Third Shift (supporting US time zones)

As an Operations Coordinator I, you’ll be at the heart of our talent operations — connecting internal teams, clients, and candidates to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring and onboarding experience. From interview coordination to onboarding updates and assignment changes, you’ll play a key role in keeping our processes accurate, efficient, and people centered. What You’ll Do:
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and candidates for interview scheduling, onboarding, and assignment coordination.
Maintain accurate records in the Vendor Management System (VMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding tasks, start information, and assignment updates.
Partner with the Compliance, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure all hiring and assignment activities are compliant and completed on time.
Manage client communications related to requisitions, onboarding updates, extensions, and rate changes.
Support administrative processes such as equipment returns, missing time tracking, and end-of-assignment documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to supplier calls and program success initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of professional experience or internship in operations, HR, or client services.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-minded approach.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems (VMS/ATS experience a plus).
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement across teams.
