Operations & Business Development Associate Full-time Job

Vireo Bermuda Ltd. is a Bermudian founded company that offers point-of-sale and consumer credit options to local retailers, and is seeking an Operations and Business Development position. This position will take on the day-to-day operations, customer and client communications, and the development and management of new clients.KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operations, including the day-to-day customer and client communications, payment processing, use of custom and local banking applications etc.Business Development, including managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities for the company.Use of custom software based tools including detailed UX & UI workflow reporting.Management meetings to review business, clients, processes and workflows. Development of sales, marketing materials and event coordination.Tracking of sensitive company/client finances and bookkeeping activity, creating financial processes.General associated communications, billing and administration responsibilities.THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Commerce, Business and/or Marketing.Experience in the development of start-up business ventures.Relevant professional work experience gained in:Project and resource management and maintenance.Market research and reporting.Data analytics and statistics reporting, both internal and external.Financial tracking and reporting, including economic and risk forecasting.Management of software development and an understanding of automation.Excellent professional references, coupled with an innate ability to forge positive long-term relationships.Remuneration will be salaried based upon experience and commensurate with industry standards.
