Job Title: Operations AnalystJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows, effective communication, and organized office management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Support in Finance teamReview timesheet and communicate with staffConsolidate and maintain OT summary to Partners and ManagersPrepare staff utilisation reportsManage filing and document controlOffice managementOrder and restock office supplies and refreshmentsArrange office equipment maintenanceEnsure common areas organisedManage correspondence and mailsSupport group activities / eventsProvide other administrative supportMeeting logistics supportCoordinate and schedule Partners and Managers meetingsManage meeting room and facilities booking and logisticsStaff supportAllocate and manage workstation, lockers and keysProvide general administration support to staff members and engagement teamsRequirements:Higher diploma or above (University qualification is not a must)Being able to read and write both Chinese and English, as well as speak Cantonese, English and PutonghuaProven experience in administrative, operational, or office management roles preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with various office management systems and proceduresDetail-oriented with the ability to manage mass dataAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
