Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers with online inquiries and transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include promoting products and services, responding promptly to customer queries, and identifying opportunities to upsell. The Online Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and participate in training sessions to stay up to date with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships

Proven experience in Sales and Online Marketing to effectively promote and sell products or services

Ability to participate in and conduct Training sessions to enhance skills and share knowledge

Proficiency in using online sales platforms and tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is an advantage
