Join us as a Marketing Specialist and help shape Keetas brand presence in Oman.What Youll DoStrategic Planning & Brand Positioning:Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals.Craft compelling narratives that strengthen brand equity.Roll out campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.Collaborate with product, operations, CRM, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.Content & Creative Management:Lead creative briefs with internal/external agencies.Review and optimize visuals, video content, and copy to align with brand tone.Oversee content calendars across digital, app, and offline channels (OOH, radio, social).Media & Campaign Execution:Work with media agencies on campaign planning and execution.Monitor and track media activity across digital, OOH, radio, and influencer channels.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.Performance & Reporting:Track KPIs, engagement, and brand sentiment.Provide performance insights and recommendations to leadership.Suggest optimizations and A/B testing opportunities.What Were Looking For25 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.Background in tech, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer-facing apps preferred.Strong command of Arabic and English (spoken & written).Proven ability to manage creative projects end-to-end.Solid understanding of ATL/BTL, digital media, and audience segmentation.Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Why Join Keeta?
