Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Specialist based in Dubai. The Off-Plan Specialist will be responsible for promoting new and upcoming real estate projects, understanding market trends, and providing expert advice to clients regarding off-plan properties. The role includes establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, particularly off-plan developments
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to provide tailored property solutions
- Proficiency in using digital tools for property marketing and client communication
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate sales, especially in off-plan projects, is a strong asset
