We aim to create a company that meets and exceeds the Government's Protective Security Requirements for managing personnel, physical and information security, while providing a career pathway for our employees.We have developed policies, plans, and processes using a risk-based approach to ensure we are prepared for known and unknown events, threats and activities.Clients partnered with our Company will be provided with regular and highly trained guards and equipment to meet their needs.Over the last 9 years while contracting for over 8 different security companies identifying the differences in how each company operates in their specialized sectors: Event Security, Static Security, Bar Security, Personal Security.As a result this experience helped to identify specific areas currently lacking in the security industry narrowing it down to the following: the organizations structure, the communication between the management team and the management at a specific venue, and finally industry specific training.We want to solve these issues by establishing an acceptable structure to help each employee grow and progress their career by completing specific trainings to help make it safer for each employee to continue to work in their chosen roles.
