You provide guidance on regulatory requirements and help assess potential compliance risks, ensuring the product is both innovative and compliant.11:00 Policy in PracticeYou work on translating a recent ECB guideline into a practical internal policy. You collaborate with colleagues across Risk and Operations to ensure its clear, actionable, and aligned with our Group Policy Framework.13:00 Lunch & LearnYou attend a virtual lunch session on emerging compliance trends in the EU. Its a great way to stay sharp and connect with peers across the Lloyds network.14:00 Stakeholder EngagementYou prepare a briefing for senior management on an upcoming AFM regulatory submission. Later, you join a cross-functional project meeting to ensure compliance is embedded from the start.16:00 Monitoring & AwarenessYou review the local compliance monitoring plan and identify areas for enhancement.
