CICCJP is registered as Type 1 and Type 2 Financial Instruments Business Operator and conducts mainly Global Markets and Investment Banking businesses.CICCJP is hiring a Multi-Product Sales to support the global market business of CICCJP.This position is on-site and with working location in Tokyo, Japan.Job DescriptionThe job duties associated with this role may be expected, but not limited to:Well understand the customer-first approach and serve our prospective clients as a CICC representative salesCompliant with regulatory rules and the Company’s designated policies including JP internal policies and directionsDevelop the wholesale business or third-party channel mainly focusing Japanese domestic brokers and regional banksExplore the wholesale business opportunity with other financial institutionsFocus mainly to promote structured notes underlying Equity (EQ) / Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) products, mutual funds, illiquid products such as private equities and any other products if applicableCollaborate with the Headquarters’ EQ/FICC relevant teams, by sharing clients’ information/demand and delivering business promptlyCollaborate with local EQ/FICC sales together, by sharing information and introducing them to promote plain EQ/FICC business in caseCollaborate with local senior management to develop relationship with clientsComply with the firm and regulatory requirements to promote businessCollaborate and consult with local office and Legal and Compliance Department (LC).

In case of necessity of New Product / License application, support and collaborate with local office, LC and INTKeep track of business development and report to local and INT managementQualification:At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors, preferably an MBA or equivalent from recognized universitiesSolid sales related experience in multinational companies, preferably having involved in securities institutional salesPassed the JSDA qualification exams as Type 1 Securities Sales Representative (第1種証券外務員)Native or near native Japanese, and minimum conversational EnglishExperience of covering central institutional clients, third-party channels such as small-and-mid-sized brokers and regional banksProduct knowledge in either equities or fixed income, as well as ideally investment funds and/or derivativesCustomer-oriented mentalityPassionate for the sales jobEffective communicatorExcellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacyDisclaimerCICC is committed to fostering an environment of equity and diversity.
