The Role:Successful candidate will be responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for Croatia and Slovenia, taking care of the following tasks:Obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration.Foster a closer understanding of store trading activities and suggest/implement cost effective programs to grow SI/SO.Foster a closer understanding of call centre trading activities and suggest/implement cost effective programs to grow Sl/SO.Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges and ensure businesscontinuity.Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales to the account director.Acquire a systematic understanding of partners ongoing requirements to drive 'win-wins Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans both internal and external.Ensure timely administration is complete and in place based on the business operationtimelines both internal and external.Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.Become the expert for TCL products, services and propositions and effectively communicate to partners/key customersCoordinate quarterly product ranging processCreate detailed account plans; sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring achievement vs. targets, account dynamics.Own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM and portfolio (internal/external).Support the GAM when required.Requirements:5+ years work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics.Results driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and facilitation skils.CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must)Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge.
