MES Programme Manager Full-time Job

Trilogy International is seeking a highly skilled MES Programme Manager to join our team and support our client, a large multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer. As the MES Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across various facilities of our client. This is a 12-month remote contract position with occasional visits to the client's manufacturing facilities. Fluency in French is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MES implementation projects in alignment with the client's business objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure project alignment and success.

• Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MES implementation processes and methodologies.

• Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, to facilitate the successful adoption of MES solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex MES implementation projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related technologies, such as SCADA, LIMS, and ERP systems.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive results in a matrixed organisation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in French is required.
