About The JobLouis Vuitton Americas is seeking a dynamic Merchandising Associate to join our Merchandising team based in New York City. As a Merchandising Associate, you will specialize in our Women's Ready-to-Wear (WRTW) category playing a key contributor within the Women's Universe. Operating under guidance, you will serve as a transversal product expert, instrumental in supporting and advancing the WRTW strategy across our retail network in the Americas.

This opportunity requires strong product expertise and a keen ability to cultivate knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging trends.Job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:InnovationOwn sales performance, monitoring daily/weekly results, and initiating proactive in-season strategies to exceed sales and sell-through goalsFacilitate collection launches by developing essential retail/merchandising tools, gathering retail feedback, and curating display imageryPrepare comprehensive summaries of assortment feedback and competitive analysis, integrating insights on market demands, trends, pricing, promotional activities, and eventsMaintain routine reporting, proactively adjusting analyses to align with current business needs, and supporting ad hoc analysis requests and presentationsAssist in preparing regular cross-functional presentations and contributing to WRTW community discussions.Act as the WRTW Merchandising team's primary contact for selected retail locationsOversee and cultivate engagement within the WRTW Americas community platformMaintain and organize the WRTW sample closet and trackerAgilityFacilitate routine stock adjustments to ensure optimal inventory levels and consistent stock availability for peak sales periods, special events, new store openings, and ongoing business demandsMonitor and support key permanent programs in close partnership with the Merchandising Manager and Supply Chain teamWork with Supply Chain on zone transfers, overseeing product movement from origin to final destinationOffer comprehensive event support, including initiating stock rebalances, developing assortments to meet sales targets, creating and maintaining essential tools, tracking sales performance, and offering additional on-site or remote assistance via the event hotlineParticipate in Paris buying sessions by placing orders, determining sizing, organizing visual displays, preparing summaries, and assisting with client ordersProvide administrative support, from scheduling meetings to shipping samples and store toolsProfileWe are eager to speak to merchandising experienced individuals with 3+ years of highly analytical backgrounds and deep understanding of retail math and luxury products, specifically Womens RTW. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and influencing skills as well as strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Furthermore, ability to convey information effectively through verbal, written and presentation formats is essential.
