Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead the strategic planning and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in digital marketing, organic social media, public relations, event management, and real estate marketing. This leadership role requires someone who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to elevate the brand, generate leads, and support sales across residential and commercial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, market analysis, and competitive landscape reviews.
- Set KPIs for marketing campaigns and evaluate performance regularly.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital campaigns across paid media (PPC, display ads), SEO, and email marketing.
- Manage website performance and optimization, including landing pages and lead capture tools.
- Leverage analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools) to track ROI and user engagement.
Organic Social Media:
- Design and implement an organic content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Grow and manage community engagement while ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and campaign effectiveness to optimize reach and engagement.
Public Relations & Communications:
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, op-eds, and thought leadership content.
- Manage crisis communication plans and internal communications.
Events & Activations:
- Plan and execute real estate-related events including launches, open houses, trade shows, and networking activations.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create high-impact experiences.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team including content creators, designers, and digital specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Leasing, Development, and Property Management teams.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a real estate-related role.
- Proven success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in social media strategy, public relations, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
