Marketing Automation Full-time Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and a strong background in working with CRM and automation platforms. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retentionResponsibilities:Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Develop audience segmentation strategies and create dynamic content tailored to different customer journeys.Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.Write, test, and optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email copy to maximize engagement.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.Maintain and improve email deliverability, list health, and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam regulations.Implement AI tools to improve personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance.Work with Monday.com for project management and campaign tracking.Utilize HTML/CSS to customize and troubleshoot email templates when necessary.Integrate campaigns with CRM platforms to support lead nurturing and client engagement.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing.Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Solitics, Klaviyo,Optimove, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar).Experience with audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, optimization, and personalization.Practical experience using Monday.com for campaign management and workflow tracking.Strong background with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
