The Almo Nature Group is seeking a Marketing and Communication Manager to serve as the engine and the voice of our unique model: Reintegration Economy. We do not use profits to enrich shareholders, but to fund environmental activism projects.
We are looking for a bold and passionate individual who can define our market strategy and communicate this transformative message globally, maximizing both the ethical impact and the commercial value of the Group. This is a strategic role, reporting directly to the CEO.
As Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for leading the integration between the Marketing and Communication strategies of the Almo Nature Group.
This is a full time role based in our office in Oberaching, no remote working is foreseen.

1. Marketing and Commercial Strategy
Market Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s ethical mission and commercial growth objectives.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to define positioning, key messaging, and Go-to-Market strategies for Almo Nature products.
Analysis and Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities (including ethical communication), and analyze campaign performance to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and ROA (Return on Activism).
Channel Support: Provide consistent marketing materials (Trade Marketing) and communication tools to sales teams and distribution partners to maximize presence and sales at key touchpoints.
2. Communication Strategy and Storytelling
Integrated Strategy Definition/Implementation: Design and implement the integrated communication plan (PR, Digital, Internal, Advertising) for both Almo Nature Group and Fondazione Capellino.
Be the Storyteller: Translate the complex Reintegration Economy model and the excellence of Almo Nature products into engaging and high-impact storytelling that balances purpose and profit.
Brand and Tone Guidance: Ensure our tone of voice—bold, compassionate, and activist—is consistent across all touchpoints, in line with the mission "All Profits to the Planet."
3. Media Relations and Public Relations (PR)
PR Management: Maintain and develop key relationships with general and trade media (national and international), positioning the company as a thought leader in ethical pet food and regenerative economics.
Crisis Management: Protect and enhance the Group’s reputation through proactive and reactive communication management during crisis situations.
4. Digital Content and Campaigns
Digital Supervision: Oversee the creation of all digital content (website, blog, social media, DEM/Newsletter) for Almo Nature and Fondazione Capellino, balancing product-focused communication (conversion) with activism (engagement).
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage online and offline marketing and awareness campaigns (e.g., social media advertising, media planning) aimed at increasing brand awareness and supporting sales targets.
Essential Requirements
Solid Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or in strategic roles integrating Marketing and Communication, ideally within organizations with a strong ethical/social focus (e.g., non-profits, Benefit Corps, B-Corps).
Mandatory Bilingualism: Fluent proficiency (written and oral) in German and English (C1/C2 level or higher).
Integrated Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, from market segmentation to product launches and performance analysis.
Passion for the Cause: Strong alignment and dedication to the mission of sustainability, biodiversity protection, and an understanding of the Reintegration Economy model.
Ideal Skills
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
Familiarity with ESG themes, environmental activism, and regenerative economics.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring performance (KPIs) across multiple channels.
Ability to work in an international, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
