Job Description
Provide technological support and consulting to development and design departments inside and outside the organization, acting as the primary contact for all manufacturing technology topics
Take responsibility for the technical transfer of new products into an existing low-volume / high-mix production environment
Drive the introduction of innovative and forward-looking manufacturing technologies in close collaboration with department heads
Continuously improve manufacturing processes in a structured and process-oriented way with regard to quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – including automation and digitalization
Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and testing concepts
Support the production team in all technological and process-related matters
Qualifications
Completed higher technical education (University of Applied Sciences or university degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
Solid experience in product transfer to series production
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
