We are looking for professionals like you, with longings for growth, experience, and desire to leave their mark on the history of Dominican commercial aviation.We are looking for Maintenance Training Intern to support the planning, organization, and control of training processes for our maintenance teams. This role will ensure that all training activities are properly documented, coordinated, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards, contributing to the continuous development of our technical workforce.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the management and control of internal and external training processes.Register, track, and archive certificates and associated documentation.Assist in the logistical coordination of courses (enrollments, calls, attendance control).Support in updating syllabi, competency matrices, and training calendars.Provide administrative support: drafting letters and uploading documentation for audits.RequirementsAcademic background in Administration, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, Human Resources, or Technical Education.Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under standardized procedures.Good written and verbal communication skills.Teamwork and collaboration with multiple areas (Training, HR, MCC/MOC, Engineering, Quality).Proactivity and willingness to quickly learn new processes.
