Maintenance Technician` Full-time Job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at coepto Albania in Durres. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties and responsibilities

• Regularly inspect and service equipment to prevent breakdowns. This includes lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and checking for potential issues.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify the root cause of equipment failures.

• Conduct repairs on machinery, including replacing parts, adjusting settings, and fixing malfunctions.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

• Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and regulations, minimizing risks in the workplace.

• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills

• Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance expertise

• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and tools

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant certification or vocational training in Maintenance Technician field.
