Continually improving safety, quality, and productivity within all production departments according to company needs. This role is expected to solve problems, recommend actions based on data and sound engineering judgement, develop and train manufacturing personnel on process documentation and manage manufacturing projects. This person must be purposeful, and process focused with an approach that is responsive and aligned with company strategies.
