If you're passionate about building from scratch and excited to be part of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.Your Role:As an M&A Intern (m/f/d) at Voyfai, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating and executing potential acquisition opportunities across Europe and the US. You will support the full M&A lifecycle, from initial market research and target mapping through outreach, qualification, valuation, and due diligence. This is a hands-on role offering full exposure and substantial responsibility in a fast-moving international environment.Key Responsibilities:OriginationResearch and map potential companies in logistics, freight forwarding and related sectors across targeted European and US marketsLeverage internal tools, databases and external sources to deepen market insight and build target company profilesDevelop structured long-list and short-list target pipelinesConduct outreach (via email, phone and other channels) to initiate contact with potential targets and assess their preliminary interestExecutionParticipate in the qualification and evaluation of prospective companies as discussions progressPrepare financial and commercial analyses of target companies, including valuation reportsAssist in drafting investment memorandum and other deal documentationContribute to commercial and financial due diligence activitiesWhat You Bring:Availability for at least 6 monthsStrong research and analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating outreach and engaging with external contactsFluent in English; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese or French is a plusKeen interest in M&A, investments or corporate developmentAmbitious, curious and comfortable in a fast-moving, international environmentBased in Berlin or willing to relocate for the internshipWhat we offer:Competitive salary & Mobility allowance A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven teamExposure to the complete M&A process and high-visibility opportunitiesPotential for transition into a full-time role with the M&A team upon successful completion of the internshipFlexible working arrangements (Hybrid)30 Days of PTORegular team events and offsites
