Role Overview:This is a solo IT role in a fintech company ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and a fast-changing environment.You will be responsible for both internal system administration and supporting clients during technical integrations (API, SDK, gateways).You will work closely with product, engineering, and client support teams, helping us deliver stable infrastructure and smooth client onboarding.What you will do:Client Technical Support & IntegrationSupport client onboarding and integration processes (API, SDK, payment gateways, terminals).Assist the Client Support team with technical questions and integration-related issues.Perform integration setup and testing in sandbox and production environments.Diagnose and troubleshoot integration problems, escalating to provider teams when required.Collaborate with SaaS providers (Payment Gateway, Core Banking) on feature requests, updates, and technical improvements.Gather and analyze client technical requirements, propose recommendations, and ensure correct implementation.Technical Support & IT AdministrationAdminister internal systems: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, internal CRM, AWS infrastructure, VPN, and other.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.Provide support for internal systems, workstations, and operational IT needs.Handle tickets, incidents, and service requests, coordinating with external vendors when required.Participate in automation initiatives to streamline internal processes and workflows.Develop and maintain SLA monitoring and control processes to ensure service performance, timely escalation, and compliance with provider and client expectations.Documentation & Standarts Maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, setup instructions, and integration materials.Update and expand the internal knowledge base for support and integration teams.Contribute to standardization of integration guidelines, templates, and internal best practices.Security, Compliance & MonitoringEnsure adherence to internal security and access management policies.Support PCI-DSS and other certification processes.Oversee logging, monitoring, and incident response processes in coordination with relevant teams.Maintain proper documentation and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.What we are looking for:3+ years of experience in IT support / system administration / integration.Hands-on mindset and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.Good understanding of networks, access management, and troubleshooting.Experience with API-based integrations is a strong plus.Experience in Fintech is a strong plus.Proactive, curious, and comfortable being the only IT person in the company.What we offer:Salary: 2,0003,500 gross (depending on experience).Onsite work: 4 days/week at our office on Baznīcas Street, Riga.Health insurance and other benefits.A chance to build processes from scratch and grow into a key technical role.Fast-moving environment with real responsibility and impact.Company Description:USPEX is a fintech company and payment gateway solution provider, offering advanced and secure solutions for credit card processing and diverse payment methods.
