Full Sales CycleConduct structured, high-quality discovery calls.Understand client goals and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.Build and present proposals that demonstrate value and strategic thinking.Lead negotiations and close deals independently and confidently.2. Sales Process and PipelineBuild and manage a predictable, transparent sales pipeline.Set up and optimize our HubSpot CRM: workflows, stages, follow-ups, reporting.Establish standards for communication, qualification, and sales methodology.Produce weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.3. Market DevelopmentWork across our core verticals: real estate and financial services.Identify growth opportunities in the Baltics, Europe, the UAE, and other regions.Understand client pain points and help refine and expand our service offering.Analyze competitive positioning and market trends.4. Collaboration and LeadershipWork directly with the CEO on strategy and key opportunities.Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Performance, Creative, and Analytics teams.Lead and mentor the Junior SDR responsible for initial outreach and qualification.Contribute to building the future structure of the sales department.Who Were Looking For37+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in performance marketing, digital agencies, SaaS, or tech.Proven ability to close 3k10k+ monthly retainers.Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution, funnels).Excellent English.
