Your JobThe Koch Global Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Cash Management Analyst for our Finance office in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a self-driven, motivated professional looking to add value in a high-performing treasury team.You will support cash management, short-term investments, FX, liquidity forecasting, and other treasury operations across Koch Companies in the EMEA region. The role involves partnering with internal teamsincluding tax, legal, and accountingas well as external banks, to deliver innovative and effective treasury solutions.This position offers excellent business exposure, hands-on experience, and a strong platform for career growth within Koch. The role reports to the EMEA Treasury Manager.Our TeamYou will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in Main Station district.What You Will DoHandle financial and transactional data collection, validation, and integrity assurance.Support on data reports as neededGenerate short-term cash flow forecasts in Kyriba to support liquidity planning and daily cash decision funding needsPerform cash reconciliation activities to ensure alignment between actual and recorded cash balancesContinuously monitor and assess processes to detect areas of delay or inefficiency and act on it, while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operationsApply sound judgment to assess risks and recommend actionable solutions for treasury operationsEstablish and test payment system integrations and troubleshoot payment connectivity issues to minimize operational riskSupport company-wide or international treasury-related projects and initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts as neededManage Power Apps platform for custom treasury and finance applicationsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or Economics is requiredProven experience in treasury operations, cash management, Data analysisFluent in EnglishAbility to manage prioritizes effectively to maximize value creationWhat Will Put You AheadStrong contribution motivated mindsetSolution seekerStrong user of Microsoft Office products especially PowerApps and Power BIExperience with the Kyriba Treasury Management System, or other TMS solutionsAbility to work independently as well as with the teamExperience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses, and geographic locationsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
