Job Description: Junior Financial ControllerLocation: Luxembourg city centreContract Type: Permanent (CDI)Main Responsibilities:As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:Supervision of Service Providers:Monitoring accounting work and preparation of financial statements carried out by external service providers.Preparation of Investor Financial Reports:Contributing to the preparation of quarterly reports for investors.Management of Capital Calls and Distributions:Tracking and coordinating capital call processes and distributions to investors.Cash Management:Controlling cash movements and preparing related reports.Support for Investment Transactions:Collaborating with investment teams based in Paris and London to monitor operations.Key Contact:Acting as the main point of contact for service providers, auditors, and external advisors.Coordination of Audits and Tax Declarations:Participating in the preparation of annual audits and tax declarations in collaboration with expert firms.Various Administrative Tasks:Providing general administrative support related to the finance department's activities.Profile Sought:Higher education in accounting, finance, or management (Bachelors to Masters level)Initial experience in audit firms, accounting, or a financial environment (funds, management company, etc.)Good command of Excel and office toolsRigorous, organized, and a team playerGood level of English and French required (written and spoken)
