The Licensing Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's licensing, permitting, and business registration activities across all operating states and jurisdictions. The role ensures that all company entities, divisions, and subcontractors remain properly licensed and registered to perform work, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Requirements Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Experience in construction, utilities, or telecommunications industries preferred Familiarity with state licensing boards, building departments, and permitting portals (e.g., Accela, ePermits, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Excel, PDF editing, and document management systemsResponsibilities: Prepare, submit, and track contractor license applications, renewals, and registrations across multiple states and municipalities Coordinate permit requests, project authorizations, and utility clearances (ROW, building, electrical, plumbing) Communicate with local, county, and state agencies to ensure compliance with applicable licensing and permitting regulations Maintain detailed records of licensing statuses, expirations, and submissions in internal tracking systems Support bid preparation teams by providing current license and permit documentation for RFP submittals Collaborate with project managers, compliance specialists, and subcontractors to resolve jurisdictional requirementsQualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Experience in construction, utilities, or telecommunications industries preferred Familiarity with state licensing boards, building departments, and permitting portals (e.g., Accela, ePermits, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Excel, PDF editing, and document management systemsBenefitsWhat we offer:Competitive salary package;Being part of an international, dynamic work environment;Paid time off (PTO) such as sick days and vacation days;Benefits after probation periodMedical Insurance- MedLife7CardWork schedule: Monday through Friday 15:00 - 23:00
