We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Land Information Manager who can bring a breath of land referencing and land/property knowledge to our growing team.
What you'll do
At Wessex Water, we are committed to achieving our ambitious investment programme that will deliver a wide range of positive outcomes for our customers and the environment.
Reporting to the Head of Estates but working closely with our Land Entry and Property Managers, you will be integral to the provision of an efficient land entry service for a multitude of construction projects across our region.
As the specialist lead, you and the team will research, report and advise on all aspects of land ownership and rights necessary for effective consultation, considered project design and responsible land entry practice.
