Knowledge & Insights Analyst Full-time Job

Gather, analyze, and disseminate market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends to enhance R&D initiatives. Manage a centralized knowledge platform (the Insights Engine) to ensure stakeholders access relevant data. Enable evidence-based decision-making and strategic alignment with SANS's goals.

Support innovation by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and driving continuous improvement within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.Preferred experience: • Expertise in market research, trend analysis, and forecasting, leveraging data collection, analysis, and visualization to generate clear, actionable insights. • Experience in managing knowledge management systems, analyzing data, and providing strategic decision-making support through actionable intelligence. Preferred Knowledge: Designing and implementing knowledge-sharing frameworks, repositories, and tools within technical or aviation-focused organizations
