Role and Responsibilities:
Independently manage and grow a defined portfolio of Key Account Customers across channels to deliver annual operating plan targets for:
• Net Revenue, Volume & Share within budget.
• Create JBP, develop tactical plans to execute strategies, monitor, measure & evaluate results. Leverage this performance cycle, & available data to improve key commercial & business drivers.
• Develop excellent relationships with Key Customers and manage key contacts up to Buying Director Level, establishing & managing account contact plans & influencing decision makers.
TODAY'S SPECIAL OFFER, Click Here!• Ensure delivery of account level AOP, trade spend, pricing & distribution KPI’s and business performance (versus latest forecasts/targets) through efficient management of accounts, proactively making recommendations as required. Ensure timely & robust forecasting, & ongoing management of account risk & opportunities.
• Develop the best channel selling stories using key channel/customer/ shopper insights and leveraging global best practice and tailor to individual needs as appropriate. Sell, negotiate & influence the key contacts within a defined group of accounts. Effectively sell through compelling consumer centric commercial solutions in response to specific opportunities and requirements. Effectively use post promotional analysis and review customer proposals to determine ROI and the suitability for investment
• Apply an understanding of Key Account structures & strategies to define goals & execute effectively against opportunities. Understand customer P&L. Negotiate annual terms and trading agreements to ensure profitability for both PepsiCo & our Customers. Work collaboratively across the Commercial Team to identify, define & implement key Customer projects.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Proven track record of delivering results through strategic thinking, creativity, strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Strong Financial & Analytical acumen
• Strong Customer Management Experience
• Sales and Category experience, particularly in a consumer goods environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent in English
Preferred:
• Key Account Management experience within a retail/FMCG company.
• Good communication and relationship building skills
