Key Account Lead - Kuwait Full-time Job

Our Account Management team owns and manages restaurant relationships.

They are restaurant consultants that use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best in-class support and strategic value to our restaurant partners.

This is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross-functionally with other departments and, of course, they're fun, personable and great at building exceptional relationships. What you'll be doing:

• Handling the most important key client accounts in Deliveroo Kuwait. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the Key Account Lead must build and maintain a strong relationship with these top accounts.

• Managing relationships with Deliveroo’s top accounts. You will be the main point of contact with the partners, working to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided and that all requests are actioned within agreed timeframes and helping these clients succeed.

• Leading part of the account management team who will manage various functions of these top key accounts. • Short & long term planning, by having monthly meetings, and quarterly planning

• Owning and supporting relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders, building your network of contacts within the F&B industry.

• Analyzing data to drive growth and profitability for the overall portfolio

• Work cross-functionally with other departments (marketing, operations and finance) to drive new initiatives. What you'll need:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant industry of which at least 4+ years in a team management role

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a heavy exposure to data

• Well-organized with excellent time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships

• Agile and highly adaptable to fast-paced work environment

• Demonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice

• Collaborative, with team-player qualities

• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
