We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Junior Marketing / Content Manager to shape our global media brand and drive impactful growth across all our channels.Your Responsibilities:Write high-quality articles, founder features, interviews, and industry analyses for FoundersToday’s digital platforms and print magazine.Develop a consistent content strategy that aligns with our editorial vision and strengthens FoundersToday’s presence in the global startup ecosystem.Plan, create, and publish content across social media, newsletters, and our news platforms to maximize reach and engagement.Research trending topics, startup news, investment updates, and emerging tech, and turn them into compelling stories.Optimize all content for SEO, ensuring articles rank strongly and attract organic traffic.Collaborate closely with the editorial and design teams to ensure a cohesive tone, visual identity, and high-quality storytelling.Conduct interviews with founders, investors, and industry leaders, and translate them into impactful articles.Analyze content performance metrics to understand audience behavior and refine content strategies.Support special editorial projects, including print issues, magazine cover stories, newsletters, and thematic series.Drive new content formats (videos, expert columns, reports, data-driven stories) to expand our offerings and brand impact.Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years of professional experience in content creation, journalism, or media-related roles.Proven experience in media, publishing, or digital news environments, ideally with a focus on startups, tech, or business topics.Strong writing skills for articles, interviews, founder stories, and editorial content.Ability to conduct research and turn complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.Experience in SEO and content optimization to maximize visibility and audience growth.Solid understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and analytics tools.Excellent English communication and writing skills (German is a plus).Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven editorial environment.Nice to Have: Experience with SEO tools, editorial analytics, and data-driven content strategies.Familiarity with newsletter platforms, content planning tools, or CRM systems.Understanding of the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and emerging tech trends.Basic graphic design or video editing skills to support multimedia storytelling.Experience conducting interviews with founders, executives, or industry leaders.What We Offer:A key role in shaping a globally scaling media house.Creative freedom and the chance to influence brand strategy from day one.Remote-first work culture with flexible hours.Opportunity to build and launch new media formats, tools, and products.A passionate team working to become the world’s largest startup-focused media group.
